Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This notice explains what Big-Me Softwares ("we", "us") collects when you use the Perfect Will Business Ads website, why, and what you can do about it. It is written for customers anywhere in the world. It covers this website only; the Perfect Will app has its own privacy policy.
1. What we collect
- Email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code and to send you updates about your ad.
- Business details: business name, what it does, what you want to advertise, your website, and your country.
- The full name and address of the person placing the ad. We require these for every request to discourage misuse of the Service and to know who is responsible for an ad if a question or complaint arises.
- Phone numbers you tell us you will call from, so we can recognise you when you confirm payment.
- Your ad: the picture you upload and the link your ad button opens.
- Payment confirmation records: the level, amount, currency, when you acknowledged the refund policy, and when we confirmed payment. We do not collect card numbers or bank log-ins; you pay us directly through your bank, PayPal, Zelle or Cash App, and those providers have their own privacy policies.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser details in ordinary server logs, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Stage history: the date and time your request moved through each stage, shown to you and to us.
2. Why we use it
To review your request, take and confirm payment, review and run your ad inside Perfect Will, tell you when something changes, answer your questions, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law. We send you an email at each stage, including a note when your ad finishes asking whether you would like to run it again; that invitation is entirely optional.
3. Where it goes
- Inside the Perfect Will app: once promoted, your ad picture, business name and link are shown to Perfect Will users worldwide. Your personal details (name, address, email, phones) are never shown in the app.
- Our email provider (SendGrid) delivers our emails to you.
- Our hosting providers store this site's database and your uploaded picture.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your request records, including the name and address of the person who placed the ad, for as long as needed to run the Service and to resolve any dispute, and in any case for up to seven years after the ad ends, because payment records may be needed for tax and legal purposes. Sign-in codes are deleted within a day. You can ask us to delete your account data sooner; we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, email the business contact address shown on your ad's page from the email you signed in with. We will answer within 30 days.
6. International transfers
Our servers and providers are in the United States and may be elsewhere. By using the Service you understand your data is processed there, with the protections described in this notice.
7. Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections, hashed sign-in codes, access controls and server-side protections. No system is perfectly secure; keep your email account safe, because anyone with access to it can sign in as you.
8. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the current version; significant changes will be announced on this site or by email.
