Terms of Service

These Terms govern the Perfect Will Business Ads service ("the Service") run by Big-Me Softwares ("we", "us"), which lets a business ("you") pay to show an advertisement inside the Perfect Will mobile app. By submitting a request you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice. They apply to customers anywhere in the world.

1. What you are buying

A place in the Perfect Will in-app ad rotation for the number of days of the level you choose (Small Business: 3 days; Medium Business: 5 days; Large Business: 30 days), counted from the moment we put your ad live. Your ad takes turns with other ads, including our own. We do not guarantee when, how often, or to how many users your ad is shown. No ad is moved up or given priority over another. You are buying a place in front of an audience, not a number of views, clicks or sales.

2. Requests, review and our right to refuse

Every request is reviewed by a person. We approve only ads that we judge to be good for the general public and that do not go against God, and we check the picture and the link separately. We may reject any request, picture or link at our sole discretion, before or after payment, and we may ask you to change it. Nothing profane, vain, misleading, harmful to people reading their Bible, or linking to unsafe or scam websites is allowed.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Nigerian naira. Businesses in Nigeria pay by bank transfer into the account we show after approval. Businesses outside Nigeria pay the US-dollar equivalent, converted at the exchange rate current when the amount is shown (or a fixed fallback amount when a live rate is unavailable), via PayPal, Zelle or Cash App. The amount shown on your ad's page at the time of approval is the amount due. You are responsible for any fees your bank or payment provider charges. We do not accept card payments on this site.

Payment is confirmed when you call or email us with your ad record ID and your name and we verify that the money arrived. Until we mark your request as Payment received, no payment is recognised. If payment is not confirmed within 7 days of approval, the request is cancelled automatically and you must start again.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only available before your ad goes live. You may request a refund from your ad's page any time after paying and before the ad is live; we return the money by the same method you paid, less any fees charged by payment providers, and mark the request Refunded. Once an ad is live, no refunds are given, in whole or in part. You may ask us to take a live ad down early, and we will, but no money is returned for unused days. If we take an ad down for breaching these Terms, no refund is given.

5. Your ad content

You must own, or have the right to use, every picture, name, logo and claim in your ad and on the page it links to. Your ad must comply with the laws of your country and of the countries where Perfect Will users live, including advertising, consumer-protection and intellectual-property law. You are solely responsible for your ad and for the website it links to, including anything that happens there after a user taps the button. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, resize and display your ad inside Perfect Will and on this site for the purpose of running the Service.

6. Taking an ad down

We may remove any ad from rotation at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it breaches these Terms, if the linked website changes or becomes unsafe, if a user complaint or legal request requires it, or if continuing to run it would harm Perfect Will or its users. Ads are also removed automatically at the end of their run.

7. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep that mailbox secure; anyone with access to it can see and act on your requests. One email address may run at most five live ads at a time. You must give accurate information, including the full name and address of the person placing the ad and at least one phone number we can reach you on.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that Perfect Will or the ad rotation will be uninterrupted or error-free, that your ad will reach any particular audience, or that it will produce any result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the ad concerned, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your ad, the website it links to, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms or the Service, including prices and levels, at any time; changes apply to requests submitted after they are posted. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, at any time. Sections 4, 5, 8 and 9 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of that State, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you more protection.
